Designer of Innovative Youth Work
I earned this badge by creating a new innovative solution for my youth work organisation. Through this journey, I explored how human-centred design is fostering youth work innovation. I demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and commitment to applying innovative approaches in real contexts.
This badge recognises my contributions, reflections, and initiative throughout the learning journey, and it marks my readiness to take the next steps in driving change and development in youth work.
The total learning time is 30 hours, consisting of individual and group learning both in-person and online.
